This piece illustrates a Colocasia (Elephant Ear) leaf. Heart can be found even in something so small (or in this case large) as a leaf, which has a life cycle of birth and death just as we do. Just as there are intricacies in our own anatomy, there are similar intricacies in the veins of a leaf - precision, symmetry. Let this simple leaf remind you of the heart that has a home in each living thing, and the way all life breathes as one.
